Weekly Tuesdays and Thursdays April 26th - June 9th 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. This yoga is designed for those who are - age 55 and older. There is no floor work. A chair is used for seated poses and assistance with balance poses, as needed.

Tuesdays April 26th - June 7th 10:15 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Classes are on Zoom. This circle is free of charge and open to anyone who is looking for a time each week to connect and explore topics related to mindfulness, aging, life's joys, and challenges - plus I lead a guided meditation.
