10-Day Mindfulness Meditation Challenge
I invite, or better said, I CHALLENGE you to a Ten-Day Mindfulness Stretch into 2023!
Open yourself to practices that will help you navigate these complicated times with peace and resilience.
Monday, January 9th through Wednesday, January 18th
in just ten minutes each day with guidance and support and your commitment you will develop or strengthen a mindfulness practice that calms your mind increases your focus and helps you manage anxiety.
Scientific and clinical research has shown that even a short daily mindfulness practice can dramatically and positively impact your physical and mental health.
At Your Convenience
Lessons will be prerecorded for you to complete at your preferred time of day.
They will come via an email from my blog.
Each of the ten days you will receive the following:
• Inspirational Image and reading
• Teaching of the day
• Seated breath and stretch practice
• Guided meditation (pre-recorded video).
Need extra guidance?
We will check in with each other twice during the program via Zoom at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 11th, and Wednesday, January 18th. Send an email to me if you are participating and I will send the Zoom link to you.
There is no COST to this program, only a REQUEST.
