Ingredients 1 2/3 cup oat bran 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (about 1/4 cup) 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon cinnamon 2 small or medium very ripe bananas, mashed 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce 1/2 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt 2 large egg whites (or 1 egg)

Optional: 1/2 cup berries and/or 1 tablespoon of natural sugar (not included in nutrition information)
