The Mindful Art of Calligraphy

Pause and pick a message that speaks to you today. This mindful art is the work of Thich Nhat Hanh. He pours his tea into the ink, chooses a brush then follows his breath as he creates a message that helps us remember what we often forget. You can watch him in action on this blog post. It's mesmerizing and makes me want to try it!
