Welcome to Day One of the "Stretch into 2023 Ten-Day Mindfulness Challenge!
I'm glad you are here!
Over the next ten days, we will use breathing and seated gentle movement practices, combined with guided mindfulness meditation to help you find balance and focus and be more present for what matters in your life.
We grew up knowing that we can exercise our bodies. Forty years ago, thanks to the work of Dr. Jon Kabat Zinn, we came to understand that we can train our hearts and minds to improve our well-being and experience more joy in our lives.
It just takes practice!
