There's No Place Like Home!

I call today's practice, "The Dorothy Meditation"; yes, that Dorothy!

Dorothy's journey to find her home again is a wonderful representation of what we want to realize through our meditation practices - to feel at home in our lives.

From T. S. Eliot’s poem Little Gidding -

"We shall not cease from exploration And the end of all our exploring Will be to arrive where we started And know the place for the first time."
